I like the practicality of levers. We have mostly knobs, but I started switching to levers. We have a 3 year old, so the bathroom door is a lever, so he can get in and out easier. When my arm was in a sling, and I had some hand problems, I wish we had more levers. When my hands are full, it's nice to be able to open the door with your elbow and not put (or drop) everything on the floor.

Levers are easy if you have your hands full. But I loooooove our door knobs. They are either brass, glass or ceramic. Old fashioned!

All of my doors in the house I bought had levers and we recently changed them all to knobs.
