double wall oven vs. range and single wall oven
IF everything works out we're going to be doing a complete kitchen reno shortly. Right now the house has a range and single wall oven. I originally thought I would just replicate that but now am thinking a cooktop and double wall oven might be an option. Any thoughts, suggestions?
We do host holidays so two ovens is a necessity.

We're finishing up our kitchen renovation now and we went with a six burner rangetop and a double wall oven. I love how much storage space this has provided me with and how it looks in my kitchen. The only downside is that while I got one of the largest capacity double wall ovens on the market, I still cannot fit a full-size pizza box in the oven. Of course this is something I can live with, but it is still a little annoying.

this is my concern. When we host thanksgiving our roaster for the turkey is VERY large and I'm afraid it wouldn't fit into a wall oven.

we went with double wall ovens and 6 burner cook top - but if you prepare large turkeys or big dishes - then the combo with one oven and microwave looks nice and the range
it was cheaper for us to do double oven and cooktop
matters on your stoage space too - we got mor storage space this way - we don't have a lot of upper cabinets and got a draw microwave to make up for it
we ended up working with a great kitchen designer if you want her info - i will post pics of my kitchen soon just have to decide on the backsplash or appliances are going in this week

Absolutely!
I agree. The house we are buying has that set-up and I am so psyched about it! the house I grew up in also had that and it made life SO simple for mom.
