im pretty excited  though I agree, the last thing the area needs is more traffic. but since one FF place is replacing another, not sure how much worse it will be.

People like you are the reason why LI's business have been dying all these years. Don't project your feelings onto their decision to open a restaurant, especially since it was one before.

People like you are the reason why LI's business have been dying all these years. Don't project your feelings onto their decision to open a restaurant, especially since it was one before.
Sorry, but I am entitled to my opinion, like it or not. I am a tax payer too, and frequent this particular area. I saw what it was like for the people in Deer Park when Sonic opened, and I never set foot in there either.

Some have food and ice cream and others just have ice cream. This one is a Grill and Chill, so it will have both.

Me too!!! Loooove them.
A friend of DHs actually inquired with them about opening one on LI and they said it would never happen..........their business model is to set up shop primarily right on or right off of interstate highways. They told him LI really would not fit their needs.

We need one in Suffolk!
I was saying to DH the other day when we were watching a show about ice cream and they mentioned DQ that it stinks we don't have any on LI!.
