Drinking my glucose drink in 10 minutes...
When will I get the results back? I have eaten so much sugar during this pregnancy so I am a little concerned...

is this the test that you have to wait an hour after you drink the glucose,
and give blood for testing ?

i go to my dr's office and they take my blood there...my dr's office is like 5 minutes from here

Ohhh I thought you drank it and got tested all in the doctor's office.

Lucky you!! I had to sit at Quest for an hour after drinking it!!
I went and didn't hear anything and then at my next appointment (about 2.5 weeks later) she said she didn't love my number and I had to take the 3 hour. Moral of the story: call in a couple of days

I did mine on a Saturday (quest lab) and my doctor called me Monday to tell me I failed.

I had to stay at Lab Corp too. They don't let you leave.
I did not ask why but another PG woman came in and drank the stuff too. She wanted to leave and come back and they told her know. That she could have a reaction to it.
I have to say, I felt a bit dizzy/nauseous with it for a few minutes after about 30 minutes I took it.
