Drum roll please!!!!!!!!!!!!! updated - inspection went great!
Offer!!!!
We made an offer on a home we saw finally!!!! And it was accepted!!!!!!
It's amazing what a few days difference brings!!!! Just the other day I was so down wondering when MY home will come and it finally DID!!!!!
Wish me good luck on the inspection coming up this week!!!!!
updated...inspection went great. Very well built sturdy house! Just a few kinks to work out and holding our breath until we are in contract!!!

It's the FIRST and ONLY house we have bid on in our 3 YEAR search. 3 years people!!! Almost as long as I am on LIF...that's how I joined, searching for REAL estate!!
I need luck for the inspection but I think it will go well. The seller is a very very thorough and conscientious woman who took excellent care of her home and is willing to fix anything that is wrong. She's been so helpful just educating us on her home's history so I don't anticipate anything major!
