Thank you! Inspection is done and went well!!! Just working out a few things, nothing major though. Very sturdy well built house I am told.  Now just holding my breath until we get into contract.

That's really awesome, I'm happy for you. I know that breath holding feeling... All those anticipations along the way, waiting for something to go wrong. By the time we closed (almost 2 months after seeing the house the first time) I was so skeptical, that it took a while for it to sink in even after I had the keys in my hands!
I know you're not keen on sharing all the details but if we can help with getting you acclimated to a new neighborhood, let us know.
