DS big boy room is done - INSANE amount of pics
Its done and I adore it! The only things left to do, is that there is a nightstand we are going to refinish and paint red, the latern will go on that.
Then my only question is, and I need opinions on this....is that the corner where there is the table and chairs with the planes above it, its missing something. The furniture dwarfs the table and chairs and it looks really empty and out of proportion......what would you do there? I was thinkig of some magnetic chaulkboard paint framed out by molding or a bookcase from land of nod that mounts to the wall? Any suggestions or am I just crazy?

Its pottery barn and land of nod on a budget, LOL. Lots of waiting for items to go on sale, buying on ebay and finding knock offs. Faux framing, repainting existing frames...etc etc.

it was art.com or allposters.com.....they are tin signs. I nailed them to the wall with finishing nails so DS couldnt take them down and then "faux hung" them from leather string from michaels and unfinished wood knobs from Lowes that I painted to match.
Oh and in case you were asking about the other rock paper scissors, that was land of nod.

hard to tell the length/ width, but I would make it big  Maybe as tall or a little taller than a 4 year old? Maybe add a basket onto the wall to store the chalk, magnets and eraser.

Where did you get the decorative nails for the pictures? I am been looking for something like that everywhere for pictures for DS's room.

That looks so cool! Awesome job! I can totally see one of those play canopies going in that corner in the right color. Chalk board and magnet board would be cool too. Or some kind of wall hanging puppet theater or those toy storage things that hang from the ceiling. Add some "cubbies" to the wall for toy storage. Like a small wood box that can hold stuffed animals or books inside or a featured truck. 
But it looks great!
