oh my goodness....if I were you I would bring my grandmother to the hospital now....if your husband dehydrated that quickly...she will prob get worse a lot quicker....and if you start at all, go straight to the hospital for IV being that you are pregnant.
I really really hope this passes all of you very quickly....is there anyone that can help you?

My DD had this virus too and they put her on anti-nausea drugs they give chemo patients since it was so bad and she couldn't stop vomiting. It was awful! I feel so badly for your family It was the scariest virus I have ever seen. Thankfully DH and I didn't get it( I have no idea how- she threw up on both of us several times).
I am pregnant too so I was terrified I was going to get it.
Hang in there and wash your hands obsessively. I think that helped us

Get her to the hospital ASAP and tell them the history with DS & DH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
See if there's anything preventative that they can give you too!

You poor thing! Be very careful with your grandma...elderly are just as susceptible to dehyrdation.
