DS swallowed a small piece of a plastic spoon

We went to Red Mango last night and DS (21 months) bit down on the plastic spoon and a small piece broke off. We think he swallowed it. It is a very small triangular piece (1/4" on one side and 1/8" on another side). I am worried though because at least one point is sharp.

I havent called the doctor yet. I just checked his poop diaper and it doesnt seem to be there. But, since he ate this last night after dinner, I am hoping it will be in his second poop.

Has anyone dealt with this?

Thanks ladies! I just got off the phone with the doctor and she said not to worry. So long as he isnt irritable, cranky and is eating normally then she thinks it will be fine.
