dull pain down there?
I went to a wedding last night and I danced a bunch but I figured that was fine to do, but all day today I have been having dull pains/cramps mostly on the left bottom pelvic region...I have no idea if it has anything to do with dancing but its really uncomfortable and its ben constant all day...does anyone know what this is?

i dont know but i get dull aches everywhere. sometimes in my pelvis area if i sit too long..i especially feel that after i get up.
and yesterday i had it the middle of my spine.
