I got a permanent marker and just write on the bottle and top of cap. Every week or so, when the name fads, I just rewrite over it.

I bookmarked that bumpy name website - can we use that to label the bottles?

I find that the Sharpies always end up fading & running. I use Brother P Touch labels & I ordered labels online with her name on them. I put them on everything- pacifiers, bibs. I also label the bottle & cap.

Ditto, I had a label maker, but stopped using it b/c they would fall off so quickly, so now I just use a sharpie. On her clothes I was putting iron on labels with her name but that got to be a hassle so now I just mark the tags with her initials.

I use Sharpies too. They do fade after washing a couple of times, but I just rewrite over the faded part. I also write her name on the cap and on the plastic ring.

I was thinking of trying paint pens to see if they work better. I of course don't just write her name -- I write it in cartoon-like letters and draw daisies and stuff. One of the booths at the flea market said they would personalize bottles if I bring them in for about $3 each. I want to do it, but I'm not sure if that will stay on either.

We have to put their name and date. So I use masking tape on the bottle lid. It comes right off. I use a new one everytime.
