Re: dumb ? re bottles
You can go to the food court and ask them for hot water (they sell tea)..
I used to just give them the bottles as is.
If you are in the car and need a bottle, they sell a bottle warmer that you can plug into the lighter

Re: dumb ? re bottles
Can you serve it at room temperature? Can you carry the rice cereal in a small tupperware to be added as you need? If you do need to warm a bottle, you can run it under hot/warm water in a bathroom. I have found that many places will give you a cup or bowl of hot water. The diner I go to gives me very hot water. I am almost afraid I will spill it near the baby. At the pizza place I go to, the owner saw me taking a bottle to the bathroom and he offered me a bowl of warm water. I guess people are more used to this than I realized. I have never gotten stuck where I was unable to get the bottle warm. They sell bottle warmers that plug into a car cigarette lighter but I have not needed it. I was also thinking of getting some of those ThermaCare single use heating pads and activating them and wrapping them around a bottle if I need to. I figure that the chemicals from it can't get into a bottle and it could be a good trick.
ETA: If I am out and I think he will want to eat in the next hour, I take a bottle out of the cooler bag and let it get to room temperature.

Does DC need to have a warm bottle? Some babies don't really care, so if DC is not fussy about the temperature, I would just give him a cold bottle.
