eating question
I had nausea for the first trimester and an only now getting some relief, but I still have evening sickness (sort of).
Does anyone else feel sick after eating dinner?
I'm not sure if I should just stick to blander food (maybe I'm better in the am 'cause I'm just eating cereal and stuff) or if I should just stop eating earlier. (I'm never really hungry after dark anyway, but I keep feeling like I should be eating a real dinner.)
TIA

Re: eating question
I can't relate to the nausea but when do you usually take your prenatal? That could definitely have an effect. You can always play around with your meals (for example, try the blander things like you said) & see what helps.
