Ed Financial Services
I have 6 months left on my student loan that was with HSBC. We got a letter this month that the loan was sold to Ed Financial Services. Anyone else having trouble with them? We have been on the phone for the past 2 hours trying to straighten out payments.

They service my school loans but I don't have any problems with them.
