I LOVE my doctor and the nurse I always see. Plus the staff is amazing. I definitely would like to send a little something to the office, I was thinking maybe an edible arrangement or something like that. I guess I would spend around $50

My parents always give the support staff small gifts like boxes of chocolates, for anything major they get done.
I don't think I'll be giving the doctor specifically anything. She milks my insurance and then complains (jokingly) how she can't get as much and that I should change insurances
I love her office staff, I will definitely be giving them a gift basket for New Year, especially since my appt is on the 29th.
After baby is born, I'll send her a card. My parents might give her something, but I don't feel its necessary.
