 I can only imagine what you went through....
that's the problem.... most Dr's don't know... it took me forever to find someone who did. the others I'd have to argue with them why it's important to remove anything remotely suspicious......
Thank God you found someone who knew better eventually....... just focus on that. now that you found them, it will be much better in the future...

I am so happy to hear that you made it through. It sounds incredibly painful but we all know what a strong woman you are!!
You have my number if you need ANYTHING,my MIL is arriving Friday (hence the snow) and I would love a reason to escape

Thank you so much for sharing your story. I have had many basal cell spots removed and have always been told they were nothing. I now know that I need to be very diligent in my own care.

kathy, thank you so much for sharing. both my mother and my grandfather have had skin cancer (only basal cell, thankfully) but it has made me SO diligent about using SPF and checknig my skin all the time. your message is SO important. i wish you the best and i hope your recovery is swift and much easier than this past weekend!!

You are amazing and I cannot tell you how incredible I think it is that you have shared your story! I am so sorry that you have had to go through so much...but in awe of your determination. Breaks my heart to read that doctor after doctor brushed this off year after year.
