Egg White Measurement??
Can anyone help me?
I am making a Pumpkin Cheesecake tomorrow that calls for 6 egg whites and totally forgot to get a little container.
Can you tell me how many eggs I need to make up 6 egg whites? I have no idea and not sure one egg would be equivalent to one egg white? I have Large White Eggs....lol

I am cracking up over here - you have no luck with egg whites, huh? LOL
6 egg whites are just that. Crack 6 eggs open and use the white part only. Discard the yolks or serve up an electric yellow omelet to big T.

Li, you know I always had issues with egg whites. I can't think straight....especially this week.....so thanks.....I always am good for a laugh with these things, huh?
