Eliminating processed foods question
Did you have any inital side effects from eliminating processed foods from your diet? Is it possible to be going through some sort of withdrawal?
My husband and I are trying to eat only "pure" food and my husband feels like he might be in withdrawal. Is that possible?
Thanks!

Definitely!! Your body gets so used to all that crap, like an addiction.

Totally possible. Sugar withdrawal is rough! Though once you get past it you'll feel amazing.

I also notice when I make a big change, I have a headache and my skin gets bad for a few days. Your body starts expelling all of those toxins!
