And for Rosie-- since she has joined The View, people cannot stop talking about it. As far as I am concerned, she is doing her job extremely well.

I think that whole show needs to go. I remember Rosie when she was on her own show and I don't remember her being even slightly this irritating. I can't stand her now.

I miss Lisa Ling. She was the best young member of the View. Who is Eilzabeth anyway? She was on survivor. What makes her important enough for me to care about her opinion anyway.
I like Rosie- but someone on the news made a good point. Merideth Viera was the one with a new background (intelligence), Star Jones (attorney), Joy Behar (comedian) and Debbie (young -idiot. Replaced with Lisa Ling). Barbara Walters is ... well, barbara walters.
So with Rosie on the show, they have 2 comedians and really don't have someone with a news and educational background to properly anchor the show.
But I like Rosie. I'm glad she's on- even though I almost never watch it since I am at work when its on.

Anyone notice that Elisabeths hands are very boney and her fingers are spaced WAY far apart...or am I the only freak that notices this

Couldn't agree more, Elizabeth gets on my last nerve. IMO they should vote her back on the island. I happen to like Rosie. I recently had this discussion with a friend who said at least she has the right opinions, even if she can't always explain them. I agree and I also believe that whatever your views are of Rosie, she puts her money where her mouth is.

I agree. Must she fight with EVERY person on the planet that does not agree w/her point of "view"????? She is self-righteous, pompous, hurtful and ignorant.
I hear her say that she believes everyone is entitled to their own point of view, yet whenever someone does not agree w/her she bashes them. This is why I can not stand her anymore. Plus, when her and Joy get on a roll about something it is beyond annoying.

I haven't seen The View in months, since way before Meredith left. I can't stand Rosie...she's a loud mouth and a total moron.
In any event, I think the point of the View is to represent different points of view, ages, background, etc. Elisabeth is the token conservative. While I tend to often agree with her point of view, I find her to be inarticulate and unintelligent. So, I would not mind seeing her go...I just hope they replace her with someone to represent the conservative voice, since the others are all pretty liberal. Hopefully, her replacement will be brighter and better able to express herself.

I was talking to a friend about this a few weeks ago. The show was so much better then. I don't care for Rosie on the show at all. The show has definitely gone downhill since Star and Meridith left. I think the show was a little more well balanced and had more intelligent conversations. Now the show is usually about Rosie pushing her views and telling Elisabeth that her views are wrong. I don't have the came views as Elisabeth, but I think she's entitled to speak her mind without being discounted bc she's "young."

I agree. Rosie was in the wrong for what she said. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of our administration. Their difference in opinions is why the show is called "The View". It would be pretty boring if all 4 of them had the same views.
If Elizabeth is leaving, then too bad for her. Rosie apologized and she should leave it at that. But I wonder how much of that (her leaving b/c of Rosie) is true....
