Your daughter is beautiful. The shots are great--even if you had a horrible experience
I actually went there last Wednesday because I had received a GC when Chloe was born-- so I went.. I was not impressed at all.. I only got 20 shots to choose from and they came out with pics already in frames also which I was not falling for.. The pics were ok, so I just joined the club and got my free picture..
I actually went to Hi-tech today ( where I usually go) and I was so much happier. She must have taken 100 shots!!!
Try there if you are unhappy and it is not as expensive...

I'm not a big fan of these types of pics, but have to say - looove these - its your DD, of course - she is sooo cute!!! And she looks gorgeous!!!
I'd be annoyed too, though!
