emotional breakdown or pregnancy hormones

So I feel it coming on lately.. How can you tell if your about to have an emotional breakdown or if its just pregnancy hormones.. The issues are always there even when not preggo but lately I feel like I just want to have an all out crying b*i*t*c*h session.

I'm sure it's due to pregnancy, hormones, exhaustion...

Its ok to cry a little. You have to let it out somehow. Otherwise it will all come out in its own. It happened to me.
Last night i felt crappy and of all things a little bit of chocolate and talking helped. Tell someone how ur feeling. Dont hold it in.

When all else fails, we're here.

I feel the same way!!! I have a 3.5 yr old and have worked full time her whole life. All of a sudden (I'm 18 weeks with #2), I cry all of the time and this week have wanted to quit my job everyday!! I feel like I should be nothing but happy, but feel so sad!
