End of year gifts for daycare workers?
We're finishing up at our daycare next week. The problem is that there have been a few changes in staff and we don't know how to acknowledge people with gifts. Here's the problem:
The head teacher is wonderful. There's no question about getting her something.
There were two assistant teachers, who we also both loved.... we were planning on getting them something too, but a couple of weeks ago, one of them was promoted to her own class and is no longer with our daughter. Do we get the old assistant a gift?
Now there is a new regular assistant who just started last week, so she'll spend 2 weeks with my daughter. Should I also get her something?
How do I decide how much to spend on each of these people... the one thats only been with her for 2 weeks is there now, but the old assistant was there most of the year and deserves something too, right? Help!!!
Sorry this was so long.....thanks for your advice!!

If it were me, I would do $75 for the head teacher, $50 for the two assistants, and $25 for the new girl.
