With my twins we have lots of tummy time since they are 3 months old. They also kick their legs a lot.

DD loves running around and climbing on Everything. We actually chase either around the house and play tag. She loved to tag me and scream TAG UR IT MOMMY. haHa you can't catch me. It's really in and cute.

Liam likes to do his "exercises" he learns in school. He also likes doing "karate" moves. Both stimulate his mind & body!!!

DS loves to jump. so if i can't get him to go to a room or follow me i say...lets jump to the room! and he jumps all the way...it also tires him out.  but bad for a kid who had a gross motor delay and torticoliis!

Andrew's favorite way to exercise is playing Tug of War with our Jack Russell, Murphy outside in our backyard.  Well, that and him imitating me TRYING to do any Jillian Michael dvd.

They are my weight routine We put on music and while I hold both boys we dance around the house while I do squats and jump around By then end of it there are all giggles and I am sweating!

DD loves when we put on music videos from On Demand . She dances all around the house. Her favorite group is LMFAO. She also loves dancing to the FBB and playing at the park.

DS' favorite way to exercise is chasing our dog and having her chase him! They are SO funny together and hey, they both get a work out that way

Our favorite game is "I'm gonna get you" which consists of my girls running around the house and me pretending that I can't catch them.
Another favorite is my older daughter teaching the baby what she learned in dance.

I LOVE when the nice warm weather is here bc I take the Trio out in the yard or to a park and let them going nuts running and climbing on things....now that its winter they just chase each other thru livingroom and into the kitchen then dance to whatever is on the radio....

Isabelle is turning 1 on the 26th and started becoming mobile just a short time ago. She likes to jump (as we say JUMP JUMP JUMP!) and swim! She also likes to walk around and grab and pull everything in sight! She also LOVES to dance!

Our very favorites are all simple things!
We love to go for a walk around our local lake (DS makes it NO problem almost a whole mile!!), we will walk around the block, hide & seek in the house, jump on the bed (supervised of course ).....this kid can run for 2 hours at Wood Kingdom & LOVES to jump!!

We have also been practicing forward rolls and she chases the pups!!

My DD is almost 3, and our exercise is usually a dance party! She is finally starting to enjoy music that isn't for kids (Katy Perry, Lady Gaga), so we dance around our living room!

My favorite way for my girls to get excercise is by having them dance.......however, my older one has so much energy that she can't sit still for a minute......it's as if someone wound her up in the morning and just let her go......she doesn't stop for a second. Not only is she getting exercise but so am I from trying to keep up with her!
