entertainment or goodie bags for 10yr. olds at a 1st bday?
for ds's 1st bday we will be having only family and best friends, so not many kids. the party is at a restaurant and i won't have entertainment other than a 7 minute photo montage.
there will be:
1- 2 yr. old girl (easy) twin-10 yr. old girls 1- 10 yr. old boy twin 13 yr. old boys 1- 15 yr. old boy
should i get something for them to do at the party? (i'm mostly worried about the 10 yr. olds)
do i give goodie bags for 10 yr. olds? if so what to i put in them if their parents don't allow sweets?
thanks!

What about something like those travel games like Connect 4 or trouble...there are a whole bunch that they sell near the bigger sized games at toys R Us. They're about $6 or $7 and they could even play with it there. I would give one thing like that rather than worry about filling a goodie bag. Do the parents allow raisins/cheezit packs etc - other non-candy snacks? I'm not big on candy in goodie bags either, you could put those in too.
ETA: My GF recently had a Christening for her son at a restaurant and had bought a bunch of workbooks, coloring books, etc. Something age appropriate for them. Maze books or something like that for the older kids. I wouldn't worry about the kids over 10 though.
