equinx is expensive, but its a great gym. its about $130ish/month if you want a membership only for one gym. i was paying $160/month for an all access so i could go to any on LI or NYC (I work in the city.)
If you're not going to do classes, then IMO, Equinox is a waste.

Thanks. I really like to do classes. I have twins and a 3 year old. You wouldn't happen to know how the babysitting is there?

i'm pretty sure they do in woodbury, not so sure about great neck or roslyn though. don't go by me though - i don't have kids so that wouldn't be a prio for me.
