Ergo Carries - GILT
today at noon on GILT they are selling all sorts of designs of the Ergo. The plain ones are nice and cheap and the patterned ones vary in price between being a good deal and not.

Thanks i'll have to bookmark it. I just got my ERGO on amazon for cheaper than they have it on there, but I got the performance one, all the other ones on that site are good deals though!

But not necessarily. I got a real on on Ebay. There are ways to spot a fake Ergo . Hope this helps!

FWIW, I love mine and use it almost every day.
Yeah once I got mine in the mail I called up ERGO and made sure it was real and it is since I couldn't believe the deal I got and I had free returns with amazon.
That website is great for spotting fake ERGO's also.

Ive wanted a carrier for awhile, I had tried the organic carrier in the store but I didnt like how bulky the straps were...they look thinner on the performance carrier...would love to know your thoughts/review on both.

I have an Ergo & Baby Infant Carrier that I am happy to sell to someone interested. Very clean, no tears, etc. They are truly the most comfortable. It is the cream colored Ergo & Infant Insert is absolutely incredible early on - it snuggles them perfectly.

I have the performance and bought it over the organic and regular because it is lighter. It is still heavy per say, but most carriers are anyways. It is sooo much better on my back than the bjorn and holds my baby well. The only drawback to me is I loved the way i could wear my baby facing outward in the bjorn, which you cannot do in the ERGO. Other than that its a great carrier.
