Ergo Performance Carrier Question about infant insert.
Is it worth it? I bought the Ergo Performance carrier, and see that it can't be used for infants. With DD I never wore her as an infant, just carried her in my arms...We started baby wearing when she was around 3 months. But having a 2 1/2 year old this time, I'm thinking I'll want to wear the infant.
I also have a Moby Wrap carrier, which can be used for an infant, but I'm wondering if the Ergo infant insert will be easier.
Anyone use the heart 2 heart Ergo insert?
TIA.

Ergo Performance Carrier Question about infant insert.
I found a sling carrier was better for the first few months

Re: Ergo Performance Carrier Question about infant insert.
i bought the insert and it was a waste. it was hard to use and dd was big to begin with so she outgrew it fast. I didn't use it much in the beginning. I said I would just put a blanet inthere so she wasn't flopping around but dh insisted we get the inseret. Waste

I used the insert a ton in the beginning, the ergo was a lifesaver and we didn't have to buy another carrier/wrap.

I have the insert. I used it for a little over a month (til she was just over 10 lbs).
I can sell you my insert if you want. $10 in West Islip. I have the galaxy gray one

Re: Ergo Performance Carrier Question about infant insert.
I bought it and I am so glad I did! I use it every day. I also have the moby and definitely prefer the ergo infant insert. I find it extremely easy to use and DD loves it. She usually falls asleep on our walks and stays nice and warm.
