What option? There's a red box near the item screen that says about items, when you've got the big blender, add the itmes by clicking (maybe dragging?)

try cleaning the bar with it..maybe in places you haven;t done much with...look at any items still highlighted, see if you can use them.
the ice...you'd better check on it before it melts!!
