I'm glad he is okay. He is lucky to have you as a neighbor.
They've told me in the past 5 years that we've changed their minds about renters. They had some pretty bad renters in this house before us, apparently!

Glad he is ok.....what happened with the cops & the landlord?
Landlord hasn't called back but I noticed a few minutes ago that it has been reeeeeeally quiet next door. No power equipment for quite some time now.
The people upstairs came home and I didn't go up to tell them what happened. I figure the landlord will tell them - he didn't seem so happy about their "arrangement".
