Excessive bloat/gas!!!
I am almost 21 weeks and for the past few days no matter what I eat or how big of a meal I eat. I become extremely bloated and feel so gassy. My stomach practically triples in size and it is so uncomfortable. I have taken tums and am drinking tons of water but nothing is helping! Does anyone else have this?????
I am dying over here

At that point in pregnancy I had the worst gas too!
Some things that sometimes helped:
Drink warm/hot water/tea no sugar
Lay on your side, or if you can on your tummy
Get on all floors and stick your but out, to let the gas pass
With your hand or fist, put pressure on the area where you feel any sharp pains from the gas (Once I was in so much pain, I put enough pressure to move the gas to the other side, which hurt like hell, but at least I knew it was just gas and nothing else)
I can't tell you how many posts I made on here, that were like, "omg I thought I was going to die, or baby was dying, but it was just gas"
Hang in there, it actually got easier for me later on.
