Re: Experiencing pregnancy with a friend
Thanks for the all the feedback! We still have some time before we both start TTC but I'm thinking we will just go with the flow and see what happens. It could be fun but will probably be tough to plan out that way.

My sister and I have children three weeks apart and AJAYSMOM and I are friends and due three days apart.
I had no problem sharing in either one-as much as I hate being comparisons with my daughter and from "other people", it's nice getting a "second opinion" on everything.
Neither were planned this way though...
HI!!! So funny it worked out this way! Now I have someone to complain to about everything! Plus me and my cousin are 2 weeks apart and two of my friends are due The end of May... Talk about Hormones!!

Re: Experiencing pregnancy with a friend
I got PG the same time as my best friend and my sister and m/c. It hasn't5 been hard fro me because I disassociate my situation from theirs so I can still be happy for them and appreciate their beautiful children. I think it depends on you and the friend. Will you be able to handle it if something were to go wrong? Would she?

Re: Experiencing pregnancy with a friend
My best friend and I are pregnant at the same time (her second; my first) but it wasn't really planned that way. She's due in April and I'm due in June. It has been a lot of fun to share things with her. Especially since this is her second child, she's been such a help to me and calms me down when I freak out over things because I'm not sure if they're normal. She's sort of like my own personal LIF Pregnancy board.

Re: Experiencing pregnancy with a friend
My SIL (who is my BF) is currently in the early stages of her pregnancy. She knew that DH and I were TTC but I wasnt temping or paying much attention to the whole process - you know, whatever happens happens. So when her and her DH came over to tell us, she told me that DH and I have to get going on the TTC so we could be pregnant together. It was so funny because I was like "Maybe we'll start really trying next month" and she said "No, you are starting NOW". We totally cracked up. So now DH and I are trying (using SIL's CBEFM) and hoping we can "catch up" but if it doesnt happen then I know she is there to support me just like I am there for her. I think its a personal decision and if it fits within your lifestyle then go for it

Re: Experiencing pregnancy with a friend
me and my friend planned to be prego together. We are 6 weeks apart, the only thing is we aren't really experiencing the whole thing together since she lives in SI and Im on LI.
The funny thing is my 2 first cousins got pregnant (not planned) so I am experiencing it with them. One cousin is 3 days ahead of me and the other is 6 weeks behind me,lol.
