Expired car seats
What do you do with them? I mean besides throwing them to the curb, since I know my neighbors take and use anything we throw out. Is there a reclycling for them of something?

Expired car seats
there's no program that I know of (in the town of Hempstead) I would dismantle and put out over a few collections. Take off cover, cut the straps, take off any foam, etc. Then no one can take and use.
