extending and dormering
we're not quite ready... honestly, i wouldnt mind waiting about 3 years, but how can i estimate the cost of extending and dormering my house? i would be pushing out 1 room about 6 feet, and then extending about 24ft and b uilding over another part. plus dormering the front. any ideas?

Invest in an architect to draw preliminary plans then bid it out. This is the only way you will get a good estimate.
