Eye primer question....
When do i put this on my eye lids?
Foundation first
Eye concealer second (i use concealer under my eyes and on my lids)
Then primer over the concealer? Then my eye makeup, right? The primer i bought is clear and has a wand. Stupid question i know but i dont know if i put it on before or after concealer

I don't use concealer on my lids. So, I put my concealer under eyes, then the primer. HTH!

If you use primer you don't need concealer on your lids. I don't think it would work as well if you used the concealer too.
