Eyeliner that stays on!
i have oily skin and EVERYTHING runs on me. what type of eyeliner do you use that does not smudge? even the waterproof doesn't work

I literally JUST asked this question at Sephora last weekend! I specifically asked for something that would last on my waterline (bottom). They suggested Make Up For Ever aqua eyes eyeliner. I bought it in the dark grey (one step below black) and so far I really like it!! 
$17 each, so not too bad!

I use Clinique, I have oily skin. Sometimes though by the end of the work day it has come off though.
My sister swears by Urban Decay eye stuff. She is a swimmer and all of the swimmers on her team use Urban Decay eye makeup because it doesn't come off at all during swim practice...

the only eyeliner that i have found to last all day, even with taking a little nap is Arbonne's Virtual Illusion Eye Definer

I have been wearing eyeliner for 25 years now and have tried THEM ALL. Department stores, cosmetics stores, from Wet N Wild to Chanel and everything in between.
What's the best? By far it's the cheapie $4 pencil by Prestige that I get at Rite Aid. It's the waterproof one and I tell you no smudges whatsoever!! And I have combo skin, but more on the oily side.

I have same issue, make up around my eyes by end of the day.
I use Urban Decay eye primer and
M.A.C waterproof Pencil Liner... says put!!!

I too have oily skin and the key to longevity is eye lid primer. I use the urban decay primer and my liner stays put.
