I only worry about my own yard. Personally I wouldn't put them there but I'm not judging anyone who does.

I voted Tacky because the only ones I've ever taken notice of are the ones that are "in-bloom" during mid winter. Chat Icon

BUT, that doesn't mean I couldn't have driven by a business or someone's home and thought "what beautiful flowers" and for all I know, they could have been fakes.

I'm not offended by fake flowers (indoors or out) if they're of better quality and not obvious fakes from the roadside.

I love real flowers, but it's not always practical to pay hundreds of dollars every week for a real floral arrangements just to decorate your home. (Hell, even just one large floral arrangement can cost a few hundred dollars.)

I think tacky unless the home owners are too old to do planting but like the look of flowers but cannot physically do the work or afford a landscaper.

I totally hate fake flowers. I hate them both outside and inside. I find them to be tacky.

Hey!!! Chat Icon Just kidding. I just was always against them, too. But I was given these old tiny perfume bottles (the old fashioned kind) and I got some fake sprigs and they look great, if I may say so. Chat Icon
