Falcon Ridge 2008! The good, the bad, and the MUDDY!!! PICTURE overloooad!!!!
Day 1 - arrival!!!
First morning in the tent!!! Cailen LOVED sleeping in there with us - DH looks exhausted!!! 
90 PLUS degrees!!! Someone had a solar shower that Cailen LOOOVED playing in!
First night of rain... ah, what fun!!!
Our campsite consisted of our tent, my stepdaughters' and boyfriend's tent, our friend's camper, and 3 other friends' tents with 3 gazebos decorated. There were a ton of kids and Cailen had a blast!

Cailen LOOOVED the dance tent... another word he learned to say was "Dah" for "Dance"

Our campsite...
When I opened up the car door, this is what was below me...
EVERYTHING was destroyed...
in the car....
That was originally a large tent in the back!!!
We wound up hanging out in our friends' camper. Costas used Willow's ducky towel!!
We were in this tent 10 mins before it went down. DH was in it and tried to help salvage it with others...
Guess we won 't be using our tent anymore...

This pic was taken after Cai and I got into warm dry clothes - I love this pic because it really says it all - and I felt so close to him after we went thru this that day...

Surprisingly, we were camped with quite a few metros, as well as a fair share of diva-gay men.... they still looked fabulous, even covered in mud!!!

Wow, what an adventure!! Looks like such a great time ... and the storm pics are amazing!
Cailen is so adorable - seems like such an easy-going little boy! Also, your youngest stepdaughter always has such a sweet smile on her face.
