Fallen tree question
Who is responsible in this situation?.... My neighbors backyard tree fell on a diagonal. Broke thru her Fence, landed in by other neighbors yard on their deck and then broke thru my fence and hit my house. Who is responsible?

Fallen tree question
Each homeowner is responsible for the damage that was done to their own house/property. So, you would have to go through your homeowner's insurance for the damage to your fence and house.

So does each house need to remove the tree sections from their own property then?

Yup! You can literally cut the section of the tree at your property line to remove. Whatever isn't on your property isn't your responsibility.
