flip flops with anything but shorts at the beach!! I dont understand how woman can get all dressed for work, in a beautiful suit and wear freaking flip flops?? 
I do this alot and so do half the women in the city. With an hour commute on public transportation, and usually I am running to catch some train, flipflops in the summer are the easiest. i think it can look sort of cute! It looks a lot better than the sneaker and socks with the suit on!

I agree!! Almost all the woman I work with wear some sort of flip-flops etc to work then switch to their heels.
I rather save my feet and be comfortable running to the train walking several blocks and wear flip-flops rather then 3inch ++ heels.

Muffin top is one of my biggest pet peeves, along with wearing open-toed shoes and having unpolished toenails. It's just gross. Feet in general gross me out! I've seen a few women at work wearing open-toed shoes WITH pantyhose AND they had unpolished toenails!!!!
Also, the mom jeans that are tight at the ankle + cheap sneakers.

red & silver--should really be red & gold
I agree with everything you listed above! 
I also hate when people wear white tank tops with a black bra or vise versa.

Ok...before I get flamed, I want to preface this by saying that I'm a plus-sized woman...
But PLEASE. Just because they make something in your size, that doesn't necessarily mean you should be WEARING it!!! If you have a stomach roll (like me!  ) do NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES wear something that doesn't cover it!!!

Wow some of these are brutal.
Maybe I am due for a color touch up and have my appt. Does that mean I look offensive?
And I wear flip flops all the time. It's summer and I am comfy. I am surprised that this could be a pet peeve unless they are of course with something extremely dressy like a suit or very dirty.
I am not starting drama but sheesh some of these are just too hard to follow for me anyway
But the empire thing does drive me nuts and mom is a tad overweight and very busty yet she wears these shirts and I don't know how to tell her kindly they look awful

The heels of a shoe get stuck in the city grates and potholes!!!!!!!!!! You'll always see women w/any type of a heel avoiding those grates like the plague...your heel gets stuck and you're in motion...and all of a sudden you are four feet in front while your shoe waits for you....

hehehehe...I too will wear ballet flats...especially if it's raining...b/c then, flip flops are useless!

I HATE when people wear empire waist tops, but the empire line cuts their boob in half instead of sitting under the boob area like it's supposed to!
UUGHH I hate these shirts. I can never and will not wear them for that very reason!
