Alessia, Giulia (Julia), Alessandra, Aurora, Francesca, Noemi, Flavia, Silvia, Valeria (my fave), Giada... These are all pretty as Italian as a name could get.

I don't know if its because I'm Italian and I live in a predominantly Italian neighborhood, and grew up with Italians, but I feel like Italian names are so over used these days, that there are very few that I like.
I know so many Giuliana's, Gianna's, Valentina's etc  Some names that I prefer over the norm are
Viola (pronounced like the instrument)
Greta
Elisa
Sabrina
Aria
Giulia
Valeria

I like this one too.
Years ago, we went on a beach house vaca and became friendly with the neighbors - had BBQs and stuff. I'll never forget, they were this chic couple from NYC who were professional artists and their daughter was Marina! I liked it!

Michaela! I totally forgot about that name. DD was thisclose to being called that.
I LOVE Aria.
And, not on your list, but I also LOVE Aida -pronounce Eye-ee-da.

Bianca has been my favoriteeee name forever!!! I always said that I would name my daughter Bianca but when we were discussing names DH wasn't in love with it he liked Gianna more but I was still trying to convince him on it until we found out we're having a boy of course.
