Favorite Costco cake filling? for a shower I am planning for work...
I am planning a baby shower for my boss at work. We're doing a Costco sheet cake--really cute, and the price is right!
Does anyone have any recommendations on filling? I've never had a Costco cake, so I don't know what is good. My choices are vanilla cheesecake, strawberry mousse, or chocolate mousse.
We're doing white cake with white buttercream frosting.

I love Costco cakes.
My favorite is the chocolate pudding. Another big hit (but I don't see it on your choices) is Canoli.

We usually get the chocolate mousse from costco and its always a huge hit.

Just had the chocolate mousse yesterday for my son's party with his friends. It was yummy and fresh!!!
