Noodle pudding!
Potato latkes!
No noodle pudding during passover, silly!
When can I eat the noodle pudding? I want some!!!!!!!!
They do have kosher for passover noodles. They're made with egg yolks and potato starch
OK, ok, you are right! Not quite the same though as the noodle pudding (sweet) that my mom makes for Rosh Hashanah! I think that could be what MsG was talking about?

There was an article in the Times about being able to use baking powder and soda so you might actually be able to make it --- but normally during passover you need to use egg noodles and it just does not have the same taste."It's Passover, Lighten Up"

Re: Favorite Passover Foods?
I love haroset and matzah ball soup.
And veggie chop liver!
ETA-- I have a couple of good recipes from my mom for Passover-- Potato Latke Muffins-- baked, not fried. And toffee squares for dessert-- yum!

Re: Favorite Passover Foods?
I'm not Jewish but DH is...
My favorite part about Passover are the chocolate covered macaroons and
FIL's favorite part of Easter (as of last week) are Cadbury Creme Eggs.
We'll be exchanging chocolate
