FB-business page related
I created a fb page for a business but can't make it searchable in the FB search bar...
am I doing something wrong? 
Without purchasing an ad, is there any way to advertise it/expose it to people who might be searching for the business?

Hmm...you definitely don't need to pay for ads in order to show up in the search bar. What is the name of your business? It should be appearing if you've published the page.

I have a fb business page too. My page comes up in google searches. Ads are too $$ so I haven't purchased any.

i thought it was published... i just tried changing some things... IDK why it wont show up.. its so annoying!

how many fans do you have? i believe it doesn't go public until you hit a number like 25 or 30..

i think it depends on the fan count - pretty sure from what I recall when I had my page first up.

How do I get fans if they cant find my page? lol

you have a address just use that as your link. So put it on your main site or share with friends, etc. I wouldn't put FB on a business card with a long URL you could do a tiny url and make it personalized.

I actually disagree with this. If you have a facebook.com/companyname URL, I definitely think that's preferable on a businesscard to a tinyurl. You can make a vanity URL here.

oh yea very true but i thought you don't get a business name URL until after you have a certain amount of people liking you? I could be wrong of course.
