feel crappiest at night

I start feeling really gross around 6-7 pm until I go to bed. I haven't thrown up , but I just feel so disgusting. Like I have a hangover. Anyone else feel worst at night?

I do. I feel so nausious when I am ready for bed and then it takes me forever to get comfortable and fall asleep because I feel so sick. It carries over into the morning and then after I shower I feel better and fine during the day

Re: feel crappiest at night

In the beginning of my pregnancy that was my bad time too. I didnt have too much throwing up but when I did it was almost always at night. Around 4 I would start to feel yuck and it would just get progressivly worse as the night went on.

I will say it did get better by 14 weeks. We were out one night with friends and all of the sudden I realized it was almost 1Am and I was still going strong and felt good! Trimester #2 was the best because I had energy again unlike the first and now the third

Re: feel crappiest at night

It's been the same for me. In the beginning, I was exhausted and nauseous at night. Sometimes I didn't even want to eat dinner and just passed out. Now, in the third trimester, I notice I have the most energy in the morning (and I was never a morning person) and I have my worst bouts of heartburn at night.

Re: feel crappiest at night

I have pretty bad heartburn right now and for the past couple of nights when I get into bed. When I burp now (which has been pretty frequently the past week) it kind of burns and some acid comes up. I have not eaten anything that may have caused heartburn though. Hoping this means something! Chat Icon
