feeling nauseous all day long
I have been feeling nauseous all day long - I don't get sick but the only thing appealing is crackers and water
any suggestions on getting over that feeling - it is very hard to focus at work

i felt like that for a few days last week...sorry to say but the only thing that made me feel better was sleep
