I feel the same lately  
I find that exercise is CRUCIAL for me. I cant just eat right and lose. I really dont eat that terrible to begin with so skipping junk food is not enough for me, I need to move my tush.
Ive been exercising more AND watching what I eat, so Im losing slowly but surely.. it takes time 
We'll get there

The best advice I can give is planning; plan your meals at the start of the week, plan days to exercise.
Stick to the plan!

I am the weight I was at 5 months prego...and Molly is almost 3! it is horrific and I cry over it often. I tried and tried and nothing took the weight off. I feel like a huge piece of unsexy crap. I am trying to figure this all out..so I know how hard it is. I never had a problem like this before. I was NEVER thin but was a good size 6...now I am just fat.

I can't really speak to what I've done or what you can do b/c I'm only 2 wks PP, but just wanted to send lots of !!! Anytime you want to lose weight its always difficult but I'm sure its really hard being that you have your DD to take care of and I'm sure you don't have as much time as you used to. Do you belong to a gym or can you have someone watch your DD while you workout? Even an hour walk each day while its still nice out might help.

I greatly appreciate your responds
I know I need to get more on the ball and be more active and definitely watch everything I eat.
I think I need a little bit of more of a support system at home and it will help me get to the point where I am happy with the way that I look

I am totally with you marcie! I have 14 lbs to go and am so digsusted with myself - i feel like every part of me is fat (even my face looks fat to me !) - want to meet up starting next week maybe and start dong walks around the mall or something?? (maybe if its nice we can do outdoor walks too??)
