fenugreek side effects- tmi
Anyone get stomach issues from fenugreek?; I'm taking more milk plus and I dont have time to be in the bathroom so much!! I stopped takng it today but i only took it for 2 days. This won't affect my milk, right?

Wait are you having stomach issues with the more milk plus or the fenugreek? I never took more milk plus but I took fenugreek when I was exclusively pumping and the only side effect I had was that I smelled like ihop all the time!

More milk plus which main ingredient is fenugreek so I just assumed it was that. According to kellymom it can cause tummy trouble.

i only take fenugreek pills. i do go to the br a little bit more but i think its because of the fiber from the oatmeal. ive yet to have my pee smell like syrup
