FET protocol and success???
What is the typical procedure as far as meds and montioring for a FET and does anyone know of success stories???

Success story here....it's very simple, especially compared to a fresh cycle.
They will most likely put you on Estrace pills for 12 days, then switch you to PIO for three days - transfer is the second day of PIO, then onto to progesterone suppositories for two weeks.

yeesh...is estrace estregen? The patches made me PSYCHO and I was hoping not to have to deal with that again.
BLAH.. this whole thing STINKS!

it's been over a yr since i had a FET so i am afraid i dont remember but i did get pg on the 2nd one i had so good luck i am going for a fresh transfer on wed

Good Luck to you! And your post gives me hope b/c my 1st FET was a failed cycle. I am onto the second one in April!

I had a similar protocol as the OP. The only difference was I used estrogen patches and no progesterone suppositories -- PIO shots instead. I found this so much less stressful emotionally and physically than fresh cycles. We put back two and I am 37 weeks pg with one baby boy! So, another success story here. Good luck to you!
