fever up and down for 3 days...no other symptoms?

So DD has had a fever off and on for the last three days. It gets highest at night...once it hit 102. we've been giving her motrin and tylenol. she has no other symptoms and has been eating/peeing/sleeping fine! I called the ped's office but they never called us back and the on call ped's office was NO help! What do you think? Should we take her to the ER? Her latest temperature was 101.2

Both my girls just had this except DD#2 went up to 104.7Chat Icon , we were told it was viral and it is going around bigtime right now.

Is she teething? Make sure she is in light clothing and maybe give her a bath ! Chat Icon Chat Icon Chat Icon

The only thing I can think of is Roseola. DD had that and I thought maybe teething was giving her the fever until she broke out in a rash. That is the sign of roseola and that means the virus is at the end. Chat Icon

That's what my son had for 5 days but his fever was 104.9 with NO symptoms. 3 peds trip and a trip to the ER and it's just a virus that went around his daycare.

That was my thought too. My DD had it around the same age with the same symptoms.
