FHA loans - what bank/broker did you go through?
DH and i want to get approved for an FHA loan and start looking now that the prices and rates are coming down. any suggestions?

We started with a traditional mortgage but due to a crazy set of circumstances may be starting over with an FHA loan.
We are working with Joe Purschke at Wells Fargo in Melville and he has been great for us through the whole process.

yes and no
most brokers can- but it's better if you use someone that does tons on FHA loans
they have other requirments and if you are not an expert - it can delay the process
I sent you (op) an FM- I can recommend someone for you
